Belarus – Belarusian rubla

It is subdivided into 100 kopeks.

The Belarusian rubla has been in circulation since 1992 , and for some time the Soviet rubla has been in circulation in parallel.

At the end of  2009 was expected to happen a monetary reform and the new banknotes to be in exchanging rate of 1/1000.

At the moment banknotes in circulation are in denominations of : 10, 20, 50, 100, 500, 1000, 5000, 10 000, 20 000, 50 000 and 100 000 ruble.
